Purchase Terms of Agreement

The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.

 

Payment + Refund Policy

All transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening. Regardless, our quality control at The Biz Sheets deems that we offer a refund within the 14-day window if you are not satisfied with the product. 

You just need to email us at: refunds@thebizsheets.com with your order details and the reason for requesting a refund, and our team will process your refund as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation from our customer support team as soon as the refund has been issued from our side. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Hercules Business Solutions LLC (The Biz Sheets) reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

 

Delivery of Goods and Services

Our purchase process is automatized, and you will receive a link to the digital product you bought immediatly after your payment, on the email you have entered. If you do not receive the link upon purchasing, you can contact hello@thebizshets.com with your transaction/purchase details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
